A considerable number of millennial belong to the workforce almost in every country and these people have a wider bent of mind than the existing old employees do which paves the way for certain differences. It is obvious that the people who are in mid 40s or 50s are inclined to work based on pre-defined proforma but the new generation have the drive to think out of box, do something innovative and break old norms. This often leads to conflict of opinions. In addition, experts have observed that old generation has low tolerance towards ambiguity of new experience therefore, they are skeptical of new systems and procedures.
